What should I do if the tenancy is continuing following the expected end date?

On TDS Insured, as long as there is no change to the deposit, tenant, tenancy start date and a new fixed term Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement has been signed, you do not need to do anything for a Periodic tenancy as the protection will continue on a month by month basis. 

If the tenancy renews on Insured, please select the tab ‘End/Renew protection’ and follow the steps. 

On TDS Custodial, you do not need to do anything as the protection is valid and in place until you/the tenant notify us of the tenancy ending.
