I am a NRLA member and cannot access my TDS account.

In order to access your TDS account, you will be required to log in directly via the NRLA website:

• Go to www.nrla.org.uk/
• Hover over ‘Services’ and select ‘deposit protection’
• Select ‘more information’ next to TDS 
• Select ‘Protect TDS Insured’ or ‘Protect TDS Custodial
• Click on ‘manage deposits in my name’ or ‘manage deposits in my company name’
